Taco Picasso has been around since 2015. It was the 2nd food truck that we brought into the FoodTrucktopia.com family.
At Taco Picasso, we're not content to simply offer the same old traditional flavors. We saw a need to take things up a notch and create a menu that blends the amazing tastes of south-of-the-border cuisine with the fresh and bold flavors of Southern California.
Our menu features classic dishes like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, all made with the freshest and most authentic ingredients. But we don't stop there. We've also created our own signature dishes, like our Baja Fish Tacos, which combine the crunch of perfectly fried fish with the fresh, tangy flavors of pico de gallo and lime.
